While SKOR provides credit information to Landlords, it does not influence or bear responsibility for the decisions made by Landlords based on this information. Landlords are responsible for their own decisions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations<\/p><\/li><li><p>SKOR reserves the right to collect, process, and analyze credit information pertaining to Tenants for the purpose of providing credit scoring services. This includes gathering data from credit bureaus, financial institutions, and other relevant sources.<\/p><\/li><li><p>SKOR is entitled to provide credit information to Landlords, strictly for the purpose of assisting them in evaluating the Tenants\u2019 creditworthiness and suitability for tenancy. This provision is subject to the consent of the Tenant, where required by law, and in compliance with GDPR and LOPDGDD.<\/p><\/li><li><p>SKOR commits to ensuring that the credit information it processes and provides is accurate and up-to-date. SKOR will take reasonable steps to rectify any inaccuracies or errors in the credit information in a timely manner.<\/p><\/li><li><p>SKOR will retain credit information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with applicable data retention laws and regulations. Similarly, explicit consent will also be necessary to carry out advertising and marketing communications, as well as to facilitate the connection between students.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Sending commercial communications. Users have the right to express their point of view and to contest decisions made based solely on automated processing.<\/p><p>SKOR provides an option for the Tenant to opt-out of profiling activities.
