What is Skor?

Skor es una plataforma digital de calificación financiera para inquilinos. Como propietario, podrás crear tu perfil y el de tu vivienda en alquiler y enviar a los distintos interesados un link o QR personalizado para que inicien su proceso de aplicación. Para aplicar como inquilino, tendrán que iniciar sesión en la plataforma y llevar a cabo el proceso de verificación. Durante este proceso, validamos su documentación, contrastamos su historial y realizamos una verificación financiera. Para ello, la plataforma utiliza algoritmos avanzados para analizar su comportamiento financiero y asignar una puntuación (SKOR) que va de 0 a 1000. Este Skor refleja la solvencia económica del inquilino y te permite elegir el que mejor perfil tiene sin perder el toque humano.

The tenants can choose which Landlords to share their profile electronically by sharing the link or QR code, Landlords just need to join Skor, and the profile will be electronically visible to you instantly.

Si ya tienes tu cuenta y tu propiedad creada en la plataforma, los inquilinos podrán directamente seleccionar compartir su perfil verificado contigo. Si todavía no lo tienes, el inquilino podrá compartir su perfil contigo mediante un enlace o código QR y cuando te crees tu cuenta su perfil será visible de forma instantánea.

At Skor, we protect your personal and financial information by following GDPR rules and using strong bank-level encryption. We always keep your data safe and private, and we never sell or share it without your permission.

Skor comes with no strings attached, if you or tenant want to proceed with a traditional deposit, we still provide you verified data and can help processing the funds to your account
