Based on this analysis, Skor generates a verified profile that demonstrates your solvency, responsibility, and reliability as a tenant. Once you complete your profile, your Skor becomes your calling card: a verified dossier that you can securely share with any landlord, agency, or platform—without having to resend documents over and over again, while always maintaining control over who can access your information.

How does Skor work?
The process is divided into 3 phases:
- Registration and profile creation: create your account, complete a short questionnaire, and start your verification.
- Document verification: download your documents directly via Cl@ve PIN or upload them manually.
- Financial Skor: provide your financial solvency through a bank connection or by uploading your transaction history. Our algorithm analyzes your financial health and assigns your Skor (a solvency score between 0 and 1000), which you can share with landlords to stand out from other candidates.
How long does it take to get my Skor?
The process is 100% digital and automated. Most tenants complete their profile in 3–5 minutes and receive their Skor instantly, depending on the information provided. After that, you can share your verified profile with any landlord, agency, or platform.
What documents do I need to complete the digital verification on Skor?
Each property defines the exact documentation required to validate a profile. However, in most cases, you only need basic documents that prove your identity and solvency, such as:

• Employment documentation (employment history, payslips, contracts…)
• Proof of income (payslips, invoices, benefits, scholarships…)

Is Skor free for tenants?
Yes. Creating your profile on Skor and sharing it with properties is 100% free. You will only pay if you choose to activate optional additional services such as those offered Skor Access, Skor Save, or Skor Flex.
Does Skor respect my privacy?
Yes. Skor is designed to protect your privacy from the very beginning. We comply with RGPD, PSD2 and AI Actand use bank-level encryption and security to ensure your data is always protected. Your data is only used with your consent, and you always decide who can access your profile. You can revoke access or delete your information at any time it’s the foundation on which we build the entire tenant experience.
Can I add a guarantor or co-signer?
Yes. You can add one or multiple guarantors at any time, and their solvency will be analyzed just like yours. If you don’t have a guarantor, Skor Access can act as your guarantor to strengthen your application.
